Enjoy the privacy of booking the entire property for just you and your friends or family. This booking includes all 10 unique rooms. Max capacity of 27 & can have guests of all ages!! All 10 rooms are also dog friendly (dog fees apply).
Enjoy all the on-site amenities with just you and yours: hot tub, arcade, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, cornhole, rec room w/ bar & big screen TV, gazeebo, outdoor kitchen and grill house.
This reservation DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Event Fees (Weddings, Anniversaries, Receptions, etc)
• Access for additional guests NOT staying on the property
• Location Fees (Photoshoots/Filming/Product Photos)
Policies
Check In: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM
Payment: 100% due at time of booking.
Cancellations: You will receive 50% refund of payment if you cancel outside of 8 days of your check in. You will receive 0% refund of payment if you cancel within 8 days of check in
Damage Deposit: A hold of $ 500 will be charged on the check in date and released 1 day after check out.
